We were surprised by the hospitality and warm attitude of the staff and the management. Location is just perfect with a lovely view towards the mountains, rooms are spacious, the garden is amazing and last but not least - the food! I strongly recommend to everyone who considers visiting Karlovo! Thank you!
The staff was very polite and welcoming. The hotel was warm, clean, had great terrace with amazing view to the mountains and the town.
